We apologise if you have received something that is damaged or faulty, or you believe it may have been incorrectly listed.
Inability to read product listings and wrong purchases from our shop will be ignored and no refunds will be given if order has been shipped out already. We urge you to read everything carefully before checking out. Thank you.
Delivery Terms
You may return the products received with a reason specified within 30 days of receipt. The 30 days period commences on the day of receipt of the ordered products. The right to return the products only applies if the products are unused and including their original packaging. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected.
To activate a return under this policy you should contact us to guide you through the returns process.
In the event of a valid return in accordance with these Delivery Terms, we will reimburse the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) received from you within 30 days of receipt of the products. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account.
Please note: Damages made during shipping or items lost in transit is at the customer’s risk. We recommend paying for tracking.
Damaged Items
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damaged items received upon arrival. We will try our best to safely package everything with plastic sleeves, backing cards, bubble wrap and securely placed into bubble mailers or tough mailers depending on the content of your order.
We can however provide a replacement if you wish, as long as you request a return within 30 days of receipt. You will have to provide your own shipping and handling but we’ll cover the costs for the replacement on our end.
Once we’ve received the damaged items, it will be carefully inspected and we will keep you updated on the outcome.
We ask that you allow 48 hours from the date that we receive your return parcel for the inspection to be completed.
If your item works or it is undamaged, it may be sent back to you with no refund provided.
If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the issue is considered a major failure. If the product fails to be of acceptable quality and does not amount to a major failure, you will be entitled to have the goods replaced.
Missing Parcels, Delays Or Wrong Delivery Address
Lettermail
Unfortunately, this is out of our hands as we are not liable for parcels not arriving on time or have gone missing. Since there is no way of tracking your mail, we are unable to fully refund it. It is at the buyer’s own risk when selecting this shipping option.
We highly recommend purchasing your items with tracking included for orders made outside of Australia.
Tracked Parcels

Wrong Delivery Address
You will be fully responsible for filling out your shipping address correctly. If under any circumstances that we made an error on our end, we will attempt to correct it and we’ll cover the costs to redeliver.
Once your request for return has been approved, you can send your items to us for assessment.
Cancelling An Order
You are entitled to cancel an order without specifying any reasons within the 24 hours that the order was made. Please contact us immediately with your request.
A full refund including shipping costs will be returned to the bank account you used to process your payment. Kindly note that your funds will not show up immediately and may take some time to process.
