Where’s My Order?

*** This post will be addressing international orders placed for past and future orders sent by lettermail. ***

* Edit: Orders are taking much longer to arrive in Canada currently. I’ve heard they are struggling and have had to suspend deliveries on more than one occasion so this must be the case. I’m sorry, but please be patient with me and Canada’s postal system! *

First of all, I must apologize for the frustration caused by COVID-19 and major delays in receiving your orders. 

I have received several messages from customers regarding the whereabouts of their order. Please rest assured your orders are on their way and I have counted and double-checked that all orders have been dispatched.

While some customers have received their orders, unfortunately, it is out of my hands to speed up the shipping process for others. It is possible that your orders are stuck in transit due to cancelled flights and your postal service and customs are overwhelmed by the increased traffic in parcels and letters because of lockdown all over the world.

Please understand that this issue is affecting everyone else (myself included) and refunds will not be offered if you have selected lettermail as your shipping option. Thankfully, you can claim for a lost or damaged parcel if you selected tracking. Find out how to claim here.
